Reetop PU 007 - Heavy Duty Rake And Trowel Applied Screed

Reetop PU007 RT is a heavy-duty 3 component hygienic polyurethane based floor designed to provide excellent resistance to abrasion, chemical attack and other physical aggression.

Surface Preparation

To be assured of maximum adhesion and properties from Virtus resin products the correct surface preparation is essential. It is recommended that the edges of the floor area adjoining the walls are rebated to produce a cross- section of 20mm deep by 8mm wide, running at 150mm from and parallel with the walls.

Resistant to: Excellent resistances to organic and inorganic acids, alkalis, fuel and hydraulic oils, aromatic and aliphatic.

Coverage

18 Kg/m² @ 9mm or 12 Kg/m² @ 6mm

Drying Time

At 20 degrees, cure time to light traffic is 4-6 hours, light wheeled traffic is 12-16 hours and heavy duty traffic is 3-5 days.

Thickness

6mm or 9mm

Primer

Priming of all surfaces should be undertaking with Reeprime EP550. The primer should be allowed to cure for a minimum of 16 hours prior to application of the Reetop PU007 RT system. (Maximum overcoating time at 20°C – 48 hours).
