Reepare PR400 SP - Epoxy Repair Mortar

Reepare PR400 SP is suitable for use in the repair of worn and damaged concrete where a high strength, quick curing repair material is required. Ideal situations include spalled concrete surfaces such as steps, damaged factory floors. Reepare PR400 SP is a low odour material and can be used in food environments.

Surface Preparation

All surfaces should be dry, clean, free from laitance, oil, grease or other agents which may impair adhesion.

Resistant To

Reepare PR400 SP is resistant to a wide range of chemicals but we recommend that compatibility should be cleared before use.

Coverage

One 12kg unit will cover 1m² at 6mm.

Drying Time

At 20 degrees, Usually 3 hours for foot traffic and 4 hours for heavy traffic.

Cleaning

All tools etc. should be cleaned with standard thinners immediately after use. For hands - soap and water.

Primer

Not required, Reepare PR400 SP is self-priming.
