DecraFlake™ Premium is highly decorative and extremely durable floor system featuring combination of pre-blended flakes bonded and encapsulated within two part resins. DecraFlake™ helps create a random flecked effect of different colours, sealed with a clear gloss or silk top coat. This clear sealer offers UV resistance and will withstand heavy traffic, abrasion and chemicals.

Our DecraFlake™ kits are also popular with automotive showrooms, retail stores and a number of other visible, high pedestrian areas. The resulting system is highly decorative, durable and seamless flooring. It is intended for areas where there is a need to change the design theme or liven up the layout of the premises. The system life span is on average 3-5 years depending on the levels of traffic and means of maintenance.

2 x 10 KG High Build Base Coat (Coloured)
1 x 20 KG Flake Mix (Custom blends available)
1 x 5 KG UVR Sealer (Clear Silk)
Suitable Substrates
Old and new concrete, sand and cement, cementitious and polymer-modifed screeds.
Disclaimer: FeRFa (The Resin Association) do not consider anhydrite, hemi-hydrate, and calcium sulphate screeds to be suitable for overlayment with resin floor finishes.

Surface Preparation
Surfaces to be treated must be sound free from oil or other contaminants, flaky paints, laitance and dust. Smooth and dense surfaces must be mechanically abraded to provide clean and profiled finish for the new coating to stick on to.
