Reeflor EL300 AS - Static Dissipative Floor Topping

Reeflor EL300 AS is static dissipative epoxy based floor topping, installed between 3-4mm thickness.

Typical Installations

Reeflor EL300 AS is based on a blend of epoxy resins, curing agents and selected fine aggregates. All components are pre-batched and supplied pre-weighed to ensure consistent batching of materials.

Reeflor EL300 AS is suitable for use in areas where a build up of static electricity may lead to damage of sensitive electrical equipment or explosion of dust or solvents. Reeflor EL300 AS provides a seamless, hygienic, hard wearing finish with excellent resistance to heavy traffic.

39.00 kg unit will cover up to 8.3 m² @ 4mm thick.

Priming

Priming will need to be carried out using Reeprime CPS900 prior to application of Reeflor EL300 AS.

Curing Schedule

Drying times for foot traffic - 1 day
Lightly serviceable - 2 days
Fully serviceable - 7 days.

Reeflor EL300 A/S is supplied to approved contractors, only.

Application Conditions:

It is imperative that the application is carried out in accordance with the instructions. The temperature must not be allowed to drop below 5°C or exceed 30°C during application and the first stage of curing (i.e. 8hrs from application). Below 5°C and the finished system will be too conductive and above 30°C the system will be too insulative. Ensure the client is aware not to clean the surface with liquids of any kind before a 72hr curing is allowed. Doing so may affect the appearance to the finished surface.

Priming:

Priming must be carried out with Reeprime CPS900.
